1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cardistation website and the purchase of any products or digital services offered through it (the "Store"). By browsing the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

In these Terms, "we", "us", "our", and "the Store" refer to Cardistation, and "you" or "the customer" refers to the user placing an order or using the website.

2. Products & Digital Delivery

The Store sells digital gaming products and top-ups, including but not limited to PlayStation Network cards, PlayStation Plus subscriptions, Xbox cards, Steam cards, gaming top-ups, and other digital subscriptions and codes.

Most products are delivered electronically (as a code or activation) to the email and/or Whatsapp number associated with your order.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate account and contact details. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect information supplied by you.
You are responsible for ensuring that a product is compatible with your region, platform, and account before purchase.

Optional clause (recommended for digital codes): Once a digital code has been revealed, redeemed, or activated, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, as it cannot be reused. We recommend you keep this clause and treat the cancellation and return rights below as applying to orders that have not yet been redeemed.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may include or exclude applicable fees as indicated.
We reserve the right to update prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and delivered.

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted once we confirm and process your order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the delivery option selected when you place your order.
Digital products are normally delivered within minutes.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to backlog.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

All orders may be cancelled or returned within 3 days of purchase.
Cancellations and returns are submitted through our support.
Delivery fees apply to cancelled or returned orders and are non-refundable.
Refund amounts for cancelled or returned orders are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are processed within seven (7) days of our receipt of the cancellation request or the returned original product. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear on a credit card balance varies according to the card issuer's policy.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to resell products in violation of platform terms, to commit fraud, or to attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store — including logos, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Cardistation or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from third-party platforms, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect once published on the website. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Store operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

2. المنتجات والتسليم الرقمي

يبيع المتجر منتجات الألعاب الرقمية وخدمات الشحن، وتشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

عمليات الشحن والاشتراكات الرقمية الأخرى

كما يلي:

يتم تسليم معظم المنتجات إلكترونيًا (على هيئة كود أو تفعيل) إلى البريد الإلكتروني و/أو رقم الواتساب المرتبط بطلبك.
تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية تقديم بيانات حساب واتصال صحيحة، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية فشل التسليم الناتج عن معلومات غير صحيحة قدّمتها.
أنت مسؤول عن التأكد من توافق المنتج مع منطقتك ومنصتك وحسابك قبل الشراء.

بند اختياري (موصى به للأكواد الرقمية): بمجرد كشف الكود الرقمي أو استخدامه أو تفعيله، لا يمكن إلغاؤه أو إرجاعه أو استرداد قيمته، نظرًا لتعذّر إعادة استخدامه. ننصح بالإبقاء على هذا البند واعتبار حقوق الإلغاء والإرجاع الواردة أدناه سارية على الطلبات التي لم يتم استخدام أكوادها بعد.

3. الأسعار والدفع

تُعرض جميع الأسعار بالعملة الظاهرة عند إتمام الطلب، وقد تشمل أو لا تشمل الرسوم المطبقة حسبما هو موضّح.
نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث الأسعار وتوافر المنتجات في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
يجب إتمام الدفع بالكامل قبل معالجة الطلب وتسليمه.

4. الطلبات وتأكيد الطلب

يُعدّ تقديم الطلب عرضًا للشراء، ويُقبل هذا العرض بمجرد تأكيدنا للطلب ومعالجته.
نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي طلب أو إلغائه أو تقييده، بما في ذلك حالات الاشتباه في الاحتيال أو أخطاء التسعير أو عدم توفر المخزون.

5. التسليم

تعتمد مواعيد التسليم على خيار التسليم الذي تم اختياره عند تقديم طلبك.
تُسلَّم المنتجات الرقمية عادةً في غضون دقائق.
يُرجى ملاحظة أن مواعيد التسليم تقديرية، وقد تختلف نتيجة التراكم.

6. الإلغاء والإرجاع واسترداد الأموال

يمكن إلغاء جميع الطلبات أو إرجاعها في غضون 3 أيام من الشراء.
يتم تقديم طلبات الإلغاء والإرجاع من خلال فريق الدعم.
تطبَّق رسوم التسليم على الطلبات الملغاة أو المرتجعة، وهي رسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد.
تُردّ قيم الطلبات الملغاة أو المرتجعة من خلال نفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة في الشراء الأصلي.
تتم معالجة استرداد الأموال في غضون سبعة (7) أيام من استلامنا لطلب الإلغاء أو المنتج الأصلي المرتجع. يُرجى ملاحظة أن المدة التي يستغرقها ظهور المبلغ المسترد في رصيد البطاقة الائتمانية تختلف وفقًا لسياسة الجهة المُصدِرة للبطاقة.

7. مسؤوليات الحساب

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلاله.
تتعهد بإخطارنا فورًا بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به لحسابك.

8. الاستخدام المحظور

تتعهد بعدم استخدام المتجر لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو إعادة بيع المنتجات بما يخالف شروط المنصات، أو ارتكاب الاحتيال، أو محاولة الإخلال بأمن الموقع أو تشغيله.

9. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات المتجر — بما في ذلك الشعارات والنصوص والرسومات والتصميم — هي ملك لـ كارديستيشن أو الجهات المرخِّصة لها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

10. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، أو المشكلات الناشئة عن منصات الطرف الثالث، أو المعلومات غير الصحيحة المقدَّمة من العميل، أو الظروف الخارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.

11. التعديلات على هذه الشروط

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. ويسري الإصدار المحدَّث بمجرد نشره على الموقع. ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام المتجر بعد نشر التعديلات قبولًا للشروط المعدَّلة.
