Cardistation — Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Return & Refund Policy explains when an order placed with Cardistation ("we", "us", "the Store") can be cancelled or returned, and how refunds are issued. This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Because most of our products are instant digital codes, special rules apply once a code has been delivered — please read section 3 carefully.
2. Eligibility for Cancellation & Return
- Orders may be cancelled or returned within 3 days of purchase.
- Cancellations and returns are only available for orders whose codes have not been revealed, redeemed, or activated.
- All cancellation and return requests are submitted through our website.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded:
- Any digital code that has been revealed, redeemed, or activated, as it can no longer be reused.
- Orders where the code was delivered correctly but entered into the wrong account, region, or platform by the customer.
- Orders cancelled or returned after the 3-day window has passed.
It is your responsibility to confirm that a product is compatible with your region, platform, and account before purchase.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Return
- Submit your request through our website within 3 days of purchase.
- Include your order number and the reason for the request.
- We will review the request and confirm whether your order is eligible under sections 2 and 3.
5. Refunds — Method & Timing
- Approved refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds are processed within seven (7) days of our receipt of the cancellation request or the returned item.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Please note that the time it takes for a refunded amount to appear on your credit card balance varies according to your card issuer's policy, and is outside our control.

توضّح سياسة الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال هذه متى يمكن إلغاء أو إرجاع طلب تم تقديمه لدى Cardistation (ويُشار إليه بـ "نحن" أو "المتجر")، وكيفية ردّ الأموال. وتُعدّ هذه السياسة جزءًا من شروطنا وأحكامنا ويجب قراءتها معها. وبتقديمك للطلب، فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.
ولأن معظم منتجاتنا عبارة عن أكواد رقمية فورية، تنطبق قواعد خاصة بمجرد تسليم الكود — يُرجى قراءة القسم 3 بعناية.
2. شروط الإلغاء والإرجاع
- يمكن إلغاء الطلبات أو إرجاعها في غضون 3 أيام من الشراء.
- الإلغاء والإرجاع متاحان فقط للطلبات التي لم يتم كشف أكوادها أو استخدامها أو تفعيلها.
- تُقدَّم جميع طلبات الإلغاء والإرجاع من خلال موقعنا.
3. الحالات غير القابلة للإرجاع أو الاسترداد
الحالات التالية نهائية ولا يمكن إلغاؤها أو إرجاعها أو استرداد قيمتها:
- أي كود رقمي تم كشفه أو استخدامه أو تفعيله، نظرًا لتعذّر إعادة استخدامه.
- الطلبات التي تم فيها تسليم الكود بشكل صحيح لكن أدخله العميل في حساب أو منطقة أو منصة خاطئة.
- الطلبات التي يُطلب إلغاؤها أو إرجاعها بعد انقضاء مهلة الـ 3 أيام.
وتقع على عاتقك مسؤولية التأكد من توافق المنتج مع منطقتك ومنصتك وحسابك قبل الشراء.
4. كيفية تقديم طلب الإلغاء أو الإرجاع
١. قدّم طلبك من خلال موقعنا في غضون 3 أيام من الشراء. ٢. أرفِق رقم الطلب وسبب الطلب. ٣. سنراجع الطلب ونؤكد ما إذا كان مستوفيًا للشروط الواردة في القسمين 2 و3.
5. استرداد الأموال — الطريقة والمدة
- تُردّ المبالغ المعتمَدة من خلال نفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة في الشراء الأصلي.
- تتم معالجة الاسترداد في غضون سبعة (7) أيام من استلامنا لطلب الإلغاء أو المنتج المرتجع.
- رسوم التسليم غير قابلة للاسترداد.
- يُرجى ملاحظة أن المدة التي يستغرقها ظهور المبلغ المسترد في رصيد بطاقتك الائتمانية تختلف وفقًا لسياسة الجهة المُصدِرة للبطاقة، وهي خارجة عن سيطرتنا.
