1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CardStation website and the purchase of any products or digital services offered through it (the "Store"). By browsing the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

In these Terms, "we", "us", "our", and "the Store" refer to CardStation, and "you" or "the customer" refers to the user placing an order or using the website.

2. Products & Digital Delivery

The Store sells digital gaming products and top-ups, including but not limited to PlayStation Network cards, PlayStation Plus subscriptions, Xbox cards, Steam cards, gaming top-ups, and other digital subscriptions and codes.

  • Most products are delivered electronically (as a code or activation) to the email and/or Whatsapp number associated with your order.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate account and contact details. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect information supplied by you.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that a product is compatible with your region, platform, and account before purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may include or exclude applicable fees as indicated.
  • We reserve the right to update prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and delivered.

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted once we confirm and process your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times depend on the delivery option selected when you place your order.
  • Digital products are normally delivered within minutes.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, available at cardistation.com/policies/refund-policy.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy regarding returns, refunds, replacements, or cancellations, the Return & Refund Policy prevails.

7. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to resell products in violation of platform terms, to commit fraud, or to attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store — including logos, text, graphics, and design — is the property of CardStation or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from third-party platforms, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect once published on the website. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Store operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") وصولك إلى موقع كارد ستيشن واستخدامك له، وشراءك لأي من المنتجات أو الخدمات الرقمية المعروضة من خلاله ("المتجر"). بتصفحك للمتجر أو إنشاء حساب أو تقديم طلب، فإنك تؤكد أنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها ووافقت على الالتزام بها. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام المتجر.

2. المنتجات والتسليم الرقمي

يبيع المتجر منتجات الألعاب الرقمية وخدمات الشحن، وتشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

  • بطاقات شبكة بلايستيشن PSN
  • اشتراكات بلايستيشن بلس PS Plus
  • بطاقات إكس بوكس Xbox
  • بطاقات ستيم Steam
  • عمليات الشحن والاشتراكات الرقمية الأخرى
  • يتم تسليم معظم المنتجات إلكترونيًا (على هيئة كود أو تفعيل) إلى البريد الإلكتروني و/أو رقم الواتساب المرتبط بطلبك.
  • تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية تقديم بيانات حساب واتصال صحيحة، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية فشل التسليم الناتج عن معلومات غير صحيحة قدّمتها.
  • أنت مسؤول عن التأكد من توافق المنتج مع منطقتك ومنصتك وحسابك قبل الشراء.

3. الأسعار والدفع

  • تُعرض جميع الأسعار بالعملة الظاهرة عند إتمام الطلب، وقد تشمل أو لا تشمل الرسوم المطبقة حسبما هو موضّح.
  • نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث الأسعار وتوافر المنتجات في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
  • يجب إتمام الدفع بالكامل قبل معالجة الطلب وتسليمه.

4. الطلبات وتأكيد الطلب

  • يُعدّ تقديم الطلب عرضًا للشراء، ويُقبل هذا العرض بمجرد تأكيدنا للطلب ومعالجته.
  • نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي طلب أو إلغائه أو تقييده، بما في ذلك حالات الاشتباه في الاحتيال أو أخطاء التسعير أو عدم توفر المخزون.

5. التسليم

  • تعتمد مواعيد التسليم على خيار التسليم الذي تم اختياره عند تقديم طلبك.
  • تُسلَّم المنتجات الرقمية عادةً في غضون دقائق.

6. الاسترجاع والاسترداد

يخضع الاسترجاع والاسترداد حصريًا لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال الخاصة بنا، والمتاحة على الرابط: cardistation.com/policies/refund-policy

وفي حال وجود أي تعارض أو اختلاف بين هذه الشروط وبين سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال فيما يتعلق بالإرجاع أو الاسترداد أو الاستبدال أو الإلغاء، تكون الأولوية لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.

7. مسؤوليات الحساب

  • أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلاله.

8. الاستخدام المحظور

9. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات المتجر — بما في ذلك الشعارات والنصوص والرسومات والتصميم — هي ملك لـ كارد ستيشن أو الجهات المرخِّصة لها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

10. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، أو المشكلات الناشئة عن منصات الطرف الثالث، أو المعلومات غير الصحيحة المقدَّمة من العميل، أو الظروف الخارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.

11. التعديلات على هذه الشروط

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. ويسري الإصدار المحدَّث بمجرد نشره على الموقع. ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام المتجر بعد نشر التعديلات قبولًا للشروط المعدَّلة.

12. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في الولاية القضائية التي يعمل فيها المتجر، وتختص محاكمها المختصة بالنظر في أي نزاعات.
