How to Redeem
Get your code
After payment your code arrives on WhatsApp and email in 5-15 minutes. It is 12 characters.
Check your account region
The code only works on an account registered in the same region as the card. Check the region note above before you redeem.
Open PlayStation Store
On PS5 open the Store and press the triangle button, then choose More and Redeem Code. On PS4 open the Store and scroll to the bottom of the side menu. You can also use the PlayStation App or store.playstation.com.
Enter the code
Type all 12 characters exactly as sent. The balance is added to the wallet of the account you are signed in to and cannot be moved afterwards.
Codes are case-sensitive. Check your account region before redeeming.
